Change image DPI
Some forms reject images that do not report a specific DPI. Set the value and download — your pixels are left untouched.
Frequently asked questions
Does changing DPI reduce quality?
No. DPI is a label that tells printers how big to print the image. Picwright rewrites that label and keeps every pixel.
How do I make an image 300 DPI at a specific size in cm?
Use the Resize image tool, choose cm and set 300 DPI. It crops and scales to the right pixels and writes 300 DPI.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs inside your browser. Your photo never leaves your device, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
