Frequently asked questions
How do I resize a photo to centimetres?
Switch the unit to cm, type the width and height, and set the DPI (300 is standard for print). Picwright converts it to pixels and writes the DPI into the file.
Will the photo be stretched?
No. The crop frame always matches the shape you typed, so the image is cropped, never stretched.
Do I need to sign up or install anything?
No. Open the page, drop in a photo and download the result. It works on phones, tablets and computers.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs inside your browser. Your photo never leaves your device, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
